Gentle Yoga (60 minutes)

  • Monday 6PM, Tuesday 7AM, Thursday 6PM, Friday 7AM (60 minutes)

Gentle Yoga is just that—GENTLE. This 60-minute class helps you release stress, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being.

Each session begins with mindful breathwork and a mudra practice to center you in the present moment. You’ll move through a slow, intentional flow of gentle stretches, modified sun salutations, warrior poses, and balancing practices—offered seated, on hands and knees, standing, or lying down. Modifications are provided so every student can find the right balance of ease and challenge.

Led by Carla—“The Zen Lady”—classes may include seasonal or thematic elements, essential oils, or intentional focus points, making each practice fresh and unique. The session concludes with Savasana, leaving you calm, grounded, aware, and renewed.

Gentle Yoga welcomes all levels, making it a perfect choice for beginners.

Mixed Level Yoga

  • Saturday 8AM (60 minutes) (PAUSED)

Mixed Level Yoga classes are designed to help students with previous Yoga experience (of varying levels) continue to deepen and grow their practices. Modifications are offered to help meet students where they are while still challenging and encouraging their continued growth and expansion. Sessions close with a relaxing and balancing Savasana. Each class is fresh; no two classes are the same.

Meditation

30 minutes of guided healing meditation designed to calm the mind & body. Settle in and soak up the healing goodness that awaits you in the present moment.

Slow Flow Gentle Yoga

Wednesday 8:00 AM (NO CLASS JANUARY AND FEBRUARY 2026)

Slow Flow Gentle Yoga takes the foundational flow of a Gentle Yoga class and slows it down, creating a highly intentional, mindful, and deeply relaxing practice. This slower pace gives students more time to settle into each posture and movement, fostering a deeper awareness of how the body feels, moves, and responds. Expanded instruction on alignment and form helps students build confidence, comfort, and skill in their developing practice.

Classes begin with breathwork and a mudra practice to center the mind and body. Carla—“The Zen Lady”—guides students through a varied combination of modified sun salutations, warrior poses, and balancing sequences, offered seated, on hands and knees, standing, or lying down. Modifications are provided so each student can find the right balance of ease and challenge. The practice concludes with a mindful Savasana, leaving you calm, grounded, and renewed. Each class is designed to support the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of a mindful yoga practice.

Slow Flow Gentle Yoga is suitable for all levels, making it a welcoming choice for beginners or those looking for a slower-paced, deeply intentional class.

PiYo

PiYo classes are a balanced mix of Pilates and Yoga. This fusion creates a unique experience that challenges students and focuses on the building of full body strength and core work. Students will flow through an intentionally constructed combination of sun salutations, planks, pushups, warrior poses and mat work.  This challenging practice is rewarded with the sweet relaxation of an end of class Savasana. Each class is fresh; no two classes are the same. You will leave feeling energized and ready to jump into whatever adventure the weekend may hold!
